Blueberry's a Mean Lean Weight Lifting Machine!

Blueberry has been training rigorously for her new position as my body guard. She started out with one pound weights and moved up to an impressive 10 pounds. She is on a strict diet of Parakeet pellets and runs laps on the floor every day (see video below). Every night she sleeps standing up. If that's not dedication, I don't know what is.

Blueberry Bath 101

Blueberry loves to take bath's in the sink!

Directions to give Blueberry a bath:

1. Plug the sink so no one will fall in the garbage disposal
2. Fill the sink with lukewarm water
3. Lighten the water to a trickle
4. Bring blueberry to the sink and she will do the rest
5. Voila! A Blueberry Bath!

Welcome to Blueberry's World

The Blueberry Blog is dedicated to my bird Blueberry. I will be posting pictures of Blueberry to showcase her to the world. I'll post amazing pictures, video's and stories to share with you. So, without further a dew: Miss Blueberry! 

Blueberry is a 6 year old Parakeet that loves to sing and play. She is very photogentic and full of life. On a typical day you will see her chirping, playing in her cage, flying around my apartment and living her life to the fullest. Blueberry loves looking at her reflection and as you can see from the picture she is oddly attached to the microwave. You know that small ledge between the metal and the window screen, that's where she likes to hang (no pun intended).
